Sessions 10 and 11 The Attack (actual war) Print
Written by Peter
Sunday, 31 January 2010

The following morning, with groggy heads for a variety of reasons, Master Tyvian and the rest of the Kinnemornes rode out for their meeting with Master Gregor Falstof and the hastily raised peasant levy where they explained their plan.  Master Falstof was riding deep in conversation with Ser Reddin, his hand and arm heavily bandaged.  Master Falstof requested the services of three of the cadre of Kinnemorne soldiers to which Master Tyvian agreed to two soliders, Vitranni and Master Ieden.  Late that evening Master Tyvian and the remaining Kinnemornes crossed the moat as silently and as sneakily as possible following a rope pegged out by Maarz, without apparently being noticed by the Sellswords manning the Woodstock Castle battlements.  At the base of the wall Cadfael found the stone marked with the Falstof crest and dragged it silently out.  Maarz crept in and up to the Sept to see if the Sellswords had set up any guards in the Crypt or Sept, which was empty.
