again, I am sorry that I had to resign from the post as well as from our forthcoming campaign but I found the lack of cooperation on the landlord's side a bit too much. Just read Pete's note about Henrick's resignation... It's a shame, but I can understand why.

Hey folks!

Just checked the status of things and note that the Thursday nights are on the ropes and that Henrik has resigned from Thursday citing "too many cancellations" - presumably both venue and players!

Henrik, I can understand your concerns - must be frustrating to put the effort into creating a campaign and then miss out running it.

Given this and that it is often difficult for me to attend from Oxford, I think it sensible to withdraw from Dragons on the Hill. I enjoyed the game, but I think you're right that consistency is important and that isn't something I can provide living in a different city!

Anyways, just to say it was good to meet you all and thanks for the entertaining games! If my circumstances change, it'd be grand to try this adventure, or a different DoTH game again, but 'til then I'll remain consigned to traffic duty...

Hi Guys,

I'm afraid things are not looking good for me... I could have made it on 22nd, but I've got a work event on 29th. As for August I'm away on holiday for two and a half weeks so will miss 5th, 12th & 19th... Probably okay for 26th.

It looks like Joaquim might be back before I get to play again!

Sorry to cause so many issues, but if I'm not there then Pete might struggle too, given there will be no sofa bed available?

I think that 6th slot might be vital so there are always 3-4 players available.

I'll keep an eye on the forum but probably won't contribute much for the next 5-6 weeks.

I think it is better to kick off the new campaign on the 29th of July after all, considering that I will be away for the next two weeks, I'd rather start the new campaign when I can make sure that I am available for the weeks after. So, we have two confirmed for the 29th of July, for now.

Hey folks, I agree with Marshall. I think we should postpone the new campaign for now. I will be in Germany for the next two weeks anyhow. This being said, mark your calendars for the beginning of our new campaign, the 29th of July. Please confirm as soon as you can. So, no sessions this week, next week and the week after that (8th, 15th, 22nd of July). Next session, 29th of July.

I will let you know where we will meet on the 8th of July (King's Stores or else). I am glad to hear that you can make it Marshall. In the future, I will run the game as long as I have a minimum of two, but now that we have 4 players (as well as Joaquim in August), things should be fine.

Yes, I am always happy and thankful for any insider information you want to send me about your characters, I will try and incooperate it into the campaign, so if you want to create a more complex character, this is the way to go about it. In fact, considering that a few years have passed since the strange events at Armstrong, it would be neat if all of you who will continue with their character (James and maybe Duncan), let me know what your investigator has been up to in those years. It does not have to be anything spectacular or anything at all, it can but must not be related to the last scenario, just feel free to throw some ideas around, has he been studying a particular book, event or subject ?
