All you need is a pencil, your imagination, and a six sided die. Everything else will be provided on the evening (actually, I usually have spare pencils and dice so you just need to turn up really). No prior rules knowledge is necessary and no preparation is required on your part (that's my job).

Hi there,

I'm running a one-shot Trail of Cthulhu scenario on Monday August 2nd, and 9th (two three hour sessions from 6:30ish till 10:00ish). This is my first time using the Gumshoe system so inexperienced players will fit right in.

I'm aiming to have 5 players. Three slots are definitely filled with one other player in limbo due to work commitments. So I'm only looking for one more player (possibly two).

Detailed pregenerated characters will be provided with ample opportunities for roleplaying. This is a scenario that will be more rewarding for those who enjoy getting into character.

The Gumshoe system is very light and easy to pick-up. All you need is a pencil and one six sided die.
